On a biennial basis, HRC will analyse national data by base pay, incentive pay and total cash compensation for Executive, Managerial,  Professional and Technical positions within Trinidad & Tobago.  Reports give data and analysis allowing clients to understand and identify their competition’s practices.

HRC Associates is pleased to present the results of our 2021-2022 Compensation Survey of Executive, Managerial and Professional Positions by Industry Sector. This year’s Report is titled “Weathering the Storm: Compensation Trends in Tough Times” to identify how companies are planning their compensation programmes in the current challenging economic climate.

This report represents the 19th instalment of our biennial Compensation Report for Trinidad & Tobago, spanning the last 31 years. The primary intent of this Report is to provide information on annual base salary compensation and total annual compensation earned by employees working in full-time positions, with sections for the overall data across all industries and by industry sector. The Report also contains an analysis of trends in key benefits, by employee level.
