Sandra Chapman has over ten years’ experience as the Lead Consultant in Executive Recruitment for a wide range of organisations across varying industry sectors. She has successfully placed individuals at the professional, management, senior executive- C-Suite and CEO levels locally and regionally. She leads on the Outplacement Career Management Program and assists in Compensation Market Surveys, Job Evaluation, and Executive Coaching assignments. She has been a guest lecturer in HR at the University of the West Indies.
In addition, Sandra has twenty years’ experience leading teams in the field of Marketing and Business Development for a cross section of local and international companies in the UK and Trinidad and Tobago.
Sandra holds a Bachelor Honours degree in Business Studies specialising in Marketing from Brighton University, UK, she holds a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a diploma from the Market Research Society.
