Patricia Loquan has been in human resource consulting for over eight years. She has led numerous successful executive searches for major local and multinational clients at the professional, management and general management levels and is particularly skilled in cross industry placements.
Patricia has led compensation surveys and reviews and has participated in multiple re-organisations, performance studies and job evaluation exercises for enterprises in the private and public sectors.
Prior to her Senior Consultant role at HRC Associates, Patricia spent nineteen years at Unilever Caribbean (the local JV with Unilever the FMCG business). She held various positions in Operations, Human Resources and General Management. During her time at Unilever Caribbean she led the big scale value analysis team to identify cost savings throughout the business, and, as Total Quality Co-ordinator and TQ champion, was highly involved in the role out and implementation of this company-wide culture change initiative.
Appointed the Corporate Affairs and Personnel Director she concluded multiple bargaining unit negotiations, and led the re-organisation and roll out of an integrated HR Management System in the Caribbean including job evaluation, remuneration, performance management and training and development modules. Her final role at Unilever was as Technical Director where she had responsibility for the full scope of manufacturing operations.
Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Chemistry from the City University (now part of the University of London). She has held directorships at locally listed companies including Unilever Caribbean and Prestige Holdings (PHL).
