Biographical Sketch
Joel Basanta is the lead Consultant on the Compensation Team, with over ten years’ experience in Human Resource Consulting. He has acted as Project Manager and Lead Consultant for consulting teams working on major Compensation and Job Evaluation projects on behalf of industry-leading organisations, both in Trinidad and Tobago and the wider Caribbean region. Joel specialises in areas such as Compensation Analysis, Organisational Design and Job Evaluation.
