Recruitment Trends Pulse Survey 2025 Report

HRC Associates is pleased to present the findings of our second annual pulse survey on recruitment trends. We surveyed Senior Human Resource Professionals and Executives representing 65 organisations across 12 industries in Trinidad & Tobago during April 2025. The survey comprised 14 questions which sought to gain insight into the companies’ recruitment activity at the Professional, Managerial, and Executive levels in 2024 and forecasted activity for 2025.
