Recruitment Trends Pulse Survey 2024 Report

HRC Associates is pleased to present the findings of our pulse survey on recruitment trends. We surveyed Senior Human Resource Professionals and Executives representing 69 organisations across 12 industries in Trinidad & Tobago during May 2024. The survey comprised 13 questions which sought to gain insight into the companies’ recruitment activity at the Professional, Managerial, and Executive levels in 2023 and forecasted activity for 2024.
